At the extraordinary general meeting that took place on 29 November 2023, the nomination committee proposed Cecilie Lind to replace Hanne Refsholt at the board of Vow ASA. The shareholders voted unanimously for the proposal, and Cecilie Lind is now appointed as new non-executive director on the company’s board of directors.
Cecilie Lind is the Managing Director of Handelsens Miljøfond and has also been Managing Director of Avfall Norge and various positions at Ragns-Sells AS. With her background in environment and sustainability, knowledge of business policy and framework conditions, as well as organization and HR, Lind will have good and relevant knowledge as a board member of Vow ASA.

Vow’s other board members are Narve Reiten (chair), Susanne Schneider, Bård Brath Ingerø and Egil Hausdal. Cecilie Lind replaces Hanne Refsholt who has announced that she is resigning for personal reasons.
