Vow was founded to bring several strong brands and multiple world-leading solutions together under one united leadership, offering a wide range of solutions for a climate neutral future. The base of our team consists of Scanship, industry leader in marine waste and wastewater treatment, and ETIA, offering industry leading solutions for waste valorization using our patented electrically heated screw conveyor.

So how do our systems work? Waste and residues are pre-processed to reduce moisture and achieve uniform particle size. The prepared feedstock is continuously transferred to the pyrolysis reactor, in a way that prevents air from entering. The electrically heated screw conveyor directly transfers heat to the product while moving it to the outlet. Due to the unique design, both temperature and dwell time can be precisely regulated to ensure consistent process conditions and outputs. The final product is transferred to a cooling system and exported to bags or containers according to customer preference.

About 70% of the feedstock mass is volatized into energy rich syngas. Our scalable commercial systems include equipment for using syngas as an alternative to fossil fuels to produce green steam, hot water, or hot air.
