The management teams of Vow and Vow Green Metals are now making the final preparations for demerger and subsequent listing of Vow Green Metals on Euronext Growth Oslo, scheduled to take place on 12 July 2021. The company’s stock will trade with the ticker VGM.
An important milestone was passed at midnight last night with the expiry of the mandatory creditor notice period and confirmed in an announcement this morning. The completion of the demerger is expected to be entered in the official company register following close of trading on Oslo Børs tomorrow, on 9 July 2021.
Management is duly introducing the new listed company to the market through a series of meetings and webcasts. Yesterday, Vow’s CEO Henrik Badin who is also interim CEO of Vow Green Metals, took part in a webcast hosted by Xtrainvestor. The meeting is available for review here.
Cecilie Jonassen who was recently confirmed as the new CEO of Vow Green Metals will join the company in the middle of August.
